After completing my degree and masters in Human Resources, I have worked in Human Resources for over 20 years. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD) and committed to my personal development through continuous business improvement.
My role involves line management of the Talent Acquisition Team and People Advisors to ensure that we are recruiting the best talent into the business and provide a proactive, efficient and professional generalist People & Culture service to our people. We are constantly reviewing our processes and procedures to ensure that we are providing our people and the business with the best service and achieving best practice.

My Life Outside of Work
I love being a mummy to my identical twin daughters, spoiling, and sharing new life experiences with them. We love to travel and attend events with our family and friends both at home and abroad.
